Pros
pay was ok when I started The benefits are ok. You get paid time off. lol
Cons
As a project manager you are salary (exempt). Except that I don't meet any of the governments requirements for those rules. My state labor department is pursuing the 10,000 in overtime I am owed. No review or raise in over 5 years. when you inquire you are told, if you don't like it quit. No response to time off requests and then PTO disappears. (what's the point of paid time off if you cant use it). Illegal? your team members don't want to travel 10 hours for 4.25 hour and its your fault. No support from those above you. Per deim of 15 dollars a night. well below industry average. Most team members do not have cars or license's so on Sunday you spend hours picking them up. Minimal communication. Expect to work 225+ hours a month. To many other cons to list HR is a joke. Ask a question, and you are told they will get back to you. Don't hold your breathe waiting for an answer. Stay away, you cannot be that desperate for a job!
