      Pros

      PTO and sick time off is great. Never been with a company with so much available time off.

      Cons

      Medical insurance is not the best. Large deductibles. Promise of promotion but have to jump thru hoops to get promoted. Rude customers. Serving the general public is challenging but over the phone it is more challenging. Extremely rude for no reason. Mandatory extensions to your schedule. Work/home balance is horrible. Just want to help the customer not talk them to deaf.

      Pay is reasonable and there is job security

      -Going through a reorganization which is being terribly run. -Communication is non-existent -They are squeezing the front-line contributors so the upper management gets more -Benefits are continually being decreased
