Pros

The company is no longer in it for the consumer, just the stockholder to turn a profit.

Cons

Horrible Management, pay is then an appealing, growth is around sustainability which makes no sense for a utility company

Pros

The work is challenging. My co-workers are like family. Well paying positions. Great training programs. A strong utility that will provide its employees with great experience.

Cons

Long isolated drives into work. Tough to advance. Work environment is heavy industrial. Organizational structure is very slow to make changes.

Pros

The pay, the retirement is ok. No other pluses that I can think of. You are just a number here.

Cons

Benefits are lacking and expensive. The current management flavor is dismal and the morale is super low. If you want to be belittled this is the place to come.
