Cons

Support staff are treated with little respect, Program Managers are overworked (and thus are not helpful), obsession with efficiency at the cost of quality of care, constant addition of more bureaucracy instead of addressing the REAL problems.

If you have the patience and are truly committed to helping those who are mentally challenge then this is the job for you. I worked at Dungarvin for 4 years and honestly enjoyed most of my experience. If you love over time then it's the place to be..

Cons

Program counselors do the direct care and honestly should be viewed as very important but you're the first to go...higher management will make a mistake and chop you. The turn over is high..new hires every week and it's as if they don't care who they are hiring..no drug test provided
