With the restructuring of some departments, communication from upper management could use improvement

In late 2019 we introduced a communication workshop for our people leaders to ensure we are all skilled at effectively communicating. It is very important. Hopefully you have/will see improvements!

good private health insurance. good working spaces, enviroment. good Team leaders, very flexible with posibility to work from home in days when you need.

Cons

maybe posibility to include dental plan in the private insurance.

I realize night shifts can be challenging but we are a customer centric organization and try to provide the best support to our clients while also being mindful of our employees. Regarding scheduling they should be communicated in advance, if this is not happening, we recommend reaching out to your manager to discuss.
