Nice work environment with lots of free food.

Pros

Located on a subway line. Lots of free food. The programming required by the job is easy. Lots of events outside work.

Cons

Pay is a bit low. Projects are often not very interesting. It's a job but not a career. Job does not require much other than basic programming skills. Company has grown to the size where advancement is unrealistic for someone starting out at the bottom.
