Lost hope

Pros

Hard to see any right now.

Cons

Lost faith in leadership and product offering. Very weak pay for long hours and good amount of stress. Never ending grind with a healthy dose of administrative tasks to completely dull your sense of feeling human. Culture plagued by mediocrity and apathy will make it difficult for someone with passion to create a career at this company. A lot to fix right now. There are better places to work.

You have been with the company for many years, and have gone through much change during that time, from leadership to company name to culture shifts. You seem passionate about your work, and that is a wonderful gift. We hate that you are feeling helpless and hopeless right now, but you aren’t alone: 2020 was a difficult year for everyone, and everything from culture to hours to bonuses took a hit. But things are on the upswing, and with new product offerings and culture touchstones in place, we are in recovery mode! Thank you for your honest feedback and years of service.

Office Space anyone?

Pros

The people are nice and they try to make the place seem fun.

Cons

-A lot of brown nosing to try and advance in the company. If you're good at that, then you can advance quickly. -Team leads and other managers usually do not really help solve problems. They're usually in meetings or making you feel like everything is your fault. -Some of the team leads that get promoted do not have any experience managing. -The company is getting rid of a lot of activities to cut costs. The company now only cares about profit. -They over work people who come into work everyday and the ones that "work from home" usually have it easier -This is a great place for "lifers". The people that seem to coast and not go out of their way to help out the team. -There is a lot of turn over with this company because there is no advancement. -The blame game gets used a lot here.
