      Stay away!! Work at any company but this one

      Pros

      They give health insurance. Or a go fund me.. it’s expensive but they give it and a 401k match

      Cons

      Having to work on your personal time. No escaping to reset with a day off.... having integral member of your team removed and being expected to maintain and exceed standards without need tools Constantly fearing your job will be outsourced to Philippine workers and if they were at least competent ... it would be so bad ..... but they’re not and the company is so cheap and callous they use them any way Micromanaging Rude, hit and miss HR department... questions about benefits should not be met with bad attitudes .... if you don’t want to explain anything about benefits move to the Philippines location ......they don’t have any just go fund me

      Pros

      * Talented middle management and staff level employees * Modern offices * Comaderie amongst the troops

      Cons

      * Company has been destroyed my narcisistic CEO and his cronies * SSI merger is being used to take focus off the fact that the Research Now business has been in steady decline for the last few years * No "bridge" between CEO's flavor of the month strategy and the reality of operating the business

      Pros

      People who are young and single seem to enjoy the work hard play hard culture, but it can be difficult to find a balance once you have a family.

      Cons

      Morale was at an all time low when my position was eliminated. The new CEO has gutted the organization and it's a shell of the company I used to know. He would regularly send out emails highlighting his eleven (seriously, eleven) priorities for bringing about change in the company. When you'd see these emails pop into your inbox it was generally a signal that a new round of layoffs had just gone around.
