Pros

Great team of people to work with, good place to start in the industry, decent bonus structure

Cons

Pay is much lower than national average, new hires being brought in at high rate then tenured employees, annual raises were abysmal at best, focus too much attention on bringing in new employees than trying to retain the ones they have.

Our bonus structure is definitely a plus, although we’re sorry you were dissatisfied with your salary and merit increases. We participate in annual global compensation surveys regarding employee pay to ensure that we are paying competitively and rewarding performance. Merit increases are not given out in every organization, and we try to ensure employees are rewarded even if the company doesn’t meet its financial goals! Retention is always our goal, whether an employee is new or tenured, and with competitive benefits, flexible schedules and teambuilding events, we aim to keep all employees happy and engaged. Pros

I truly feel like I met some of the greatest people of my life here. And I miss being with them every day. But I think we were brought together by a shared miserable experience.

Cons

The most of leadership in IT is toxic, very dishonest, remarkably unprofessional, and disrespectful. Not a good environment for women. The leadership turns a blind eye to the sexist atmosphere and their own misplaced loyalty amongst themselves. You will never be respected and never get promoted. There is literally no career path. I was promised a promotion they never intended to give me. I had verbal agreement before I took on the extra responsibility for the role. If they have one or two women in IT, they think they are so progressive but they can’t see the forest from the trees. They love to reorg, but it’s always the same people they shuffle to different leadership roles. In 2 years, I never got a pay increase. I was told how to review my team and what ratings to give them. Even if they performed better than they were given, I was instructed to lower their rating and then make sure I justified those lower ratings. Everything is a manipulation. I personally had great feedback on my WEEKLY one on ones. I even asked for areas of improvement and was told “everything is great. Just keep doing what you are doing.” Only to get completely blindsided in my review. (Yeah. Should have seen it coming. Shame on me.) I stayed as long as I did out of loyalty and protectiveness to my team. But eventually, it wasn’t something I could live with anymore. After 20+ years in IT roles, I was tired of fighting every day for basic human respect.

CEO is not a nice person

Pros

Colleagues were great. Leadership team or "Eagle Team" has its flaws - some seem to be exceptionally bright and well versed and some you question their leadership capabilities. 401K match was pretty decent, benefits were great.

Cons

CEO is awful. Not an ounce of decency in his body.
