Really great health insurance benefits

Cons

The company doesn't seem to be very organized. It takes forever to get email responses from HR and other departments. Training had to be pushed back because nothing was working.

Pros

Used to have good people, now they've let most of those people go.

Cons

No advancement, terrible loyalty, gave years to a company that just let me go for no reason in order to make the bottom line look better. Poor management and untrained managers who don't have any idea how to handle or train employees.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. Often when companies go through mergers it requires reviewing the organizational structure and making changes that impact employees. I hope that you at least feel like you were treated respectfully upon your leaving, we feel strongly about treating people right.

Casual workplace, cool projects, decent people

Cons

Easily the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. No structure, sales just wants make sales, software doesn't work half the time, no repercussions for multiple mistakes (which is great until it becomes apparent people don't learn), no growth, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some big layoffs in a year given the penny pinching nature of the big guys up top
