it was pay. as minimal as it was given the fact management cut hours for days sometimes a week at a time.

Cons

Management structure. point system. Unrealistic goals. the constant pressure to perform the impossible at times. You cannot force someone to stay on the phone and answer questions if they absolutely do not want to participate, no matter how much refusal conversion you apply.

Dynata has some great people and good solutions, but has poor leadership that supports individualism and creates a very negative and unpleasant culture. I would not recommend working there.

Toxic culture in certain departments.
