Pros

_Great location in Fremont, right off the freeway and near many restaurants _Lots of parking _2 buildings so the office is not crowded _If you get into a team favored by the CEO, it's a good job _I'm finally moving next year and will miss my coworkers, many good people here.

Cons

_Inconsistent process for raises and bonuses. Some teams get a bonus every year, others are told the company does not give bonuses. It depends how close your manager is to the CEO and if they are willing to ask. _Saving money is the company's #1 goal, not growing the business by investing in it. _All employees are replaceable _Self serving, demoralizing executive team. The CEO doesn't care that he is surrounded by incompetence since these are his friends and that's all that matters. I complained to him about my manager and he told her what I said. _The executive team hires their spouses and friends who do nothing but occupy a chair. They think most employees are beneath them. _CEO only cares about traveling. If he gets involved in your project, he will change directions at least 5x for no reason other than he feels like it.

Pros

They pay for full insurance.

Cons

Classic cheap chinese company. Low salaries, no room for promotions, as close to being at a communist company not physically in China. They sell to Costco, Walmart, Macys. Sooner or later, they will go under. Costs keep going up, sales go down, they're competing in a deadend market. BEWARE.

Pros

It was a paying job so, I guess it had that going for it. The location was great for food and shopping.

Cons

There is very little communication. When they do try to communicate, you can't understand a thing they say. Very thick Asian accents. They keep bringing people in from China, how is that beneficial to the work being done in the USA when they cannot communicate? Then if you don't understand them, they shun you and look down on you. You can be the best employee and still looked at like your an outsider to them. Its pretty sad to look down on the people from the country that have given you all your riches.
