Pros

Good location, easy access to 880 and tons of food options near by. There's nice ppl dying to leave the company and some are waiting for retirement.

Cons

If you don't kiss upper management behind or try to be in "VIP" group. Forget raise, bonus and making a career out of this place. The company motto is "everyone is replaceable". So it doesn't matter how much work and energy you put in the company. It's not going to pay off. All management are friends or relatives of CEO. No growth no future.

well financed, Good Ecom leadership from Mullen.

Cons

E&E/JLA only wants Americans for design and sales - if you have real ideas better work somewhere else. Also CEO lives the playboy lifestyle - rarely engages with customers. Not a long term situation.

Pros

This is merely based on your department but with my experience, I was able to learn a lot bc my team is very entrepreneurial based. You can make the best out of your time there and succeed if your direct supervisor allows you to do so. A lot of my former coworkers were very pleasant to work with.

Cons

The culture is very Chinese and tends to favor the Chinese employees more. The favoritism exist because several employees are friends or relatives of the upper management. The HR team is unpredictable and honestly, they're the most dysfunctional team of the whole company.
