Job is on a contract basis with Workforce Solutions, hopefully it will not be renewed on October and a competent company can take over.

Cons

Management changes procedures, expectations and work life balance about every two weeks. There's no way to get on sure footing. Management is not trained policies and procedures and overcompensates by micromanaging Schedule that was promised in October has yet to be honored. Accommodations are often ignored
