      Pros

      Financially very strong company with limited handful of good employees who cares.

      Cons

      Management team has been struggling big time to bring up the team's capability from "rough-machining" to "final-machining" to win major contract with big O&G companies due to having ran by closely knitted incompetent leadership team. The team has lost concentration on what makes the business successful to lob sided group-thinking culture.

      ERM Houston is very unsafe and unfriendly to English speaking employees with poor quality work

      Pros

      Hourly and salary wages are above average, this is a reflection of work environment and work schedules, salary work 60 to 70 hrs normally

      Cons

      Very few English speaking employees, quality is all ways a problem due to management and lack of a formal program in place, safety is all so not taken seriously. Managers are very politically motivated and go out of the way to make them self look good at other expense
