      Great place to work for hourly wages!

      Pros

      Family owned company that treats their employees well. You can make a very good living with a limited education working at some of the Ellwood Group companies.

      Cons

      Dirty working environment. Sometimes the hours can be rough. Hourly wages are a bit low, but made up for with bonuses.

      Compensation is fair for positions.

      Cons

      Very demanding of employees. Hourly and salary employees are moved around without consideration of what the employee wants. Positions are filled without internal postings.
