      Pros

      Safety and family oriented business. Seems like management truly cares more about the employees than the profit margin. As has an educational environment. Encourages employees to always grow and learn.

      Has the potential to be hazardous. Working around very large unforgiving machinery. Must be careful and aware of your surroundings,

      good insurance, good pay, potentail to advance, willing to train you in every position you want. Supervisors are very active in daily work

      Cons

      swing shift, hard to get used to schedule, hard work dirty work, some jobs are very hot, not much time off.

      Pros

      The company try very hard to keep employees when work was slow. Stable work envirorment.Safety and human resources has improved greatly over the past 3 years.

      Cons

      Low pay. Dirty working envirorment. Management does not plan very well. They look talk to employees on the job about updating equipment to see if it will make the job better or easier.
