      Good company with opportunity for growth

      Pros

      Seems to be growing and doing well now that it is owned by Ellwood. It seems they are making some investments in machinery and facilities. Good benefits and opportunities to grow a career and try new roles.

      Cons

      Can be slow paced at times. Laid back culture can make production slow. Vacation time for new hires could be greater.
