Pros

I was an easy position to interview for. Not conventional at all for someone with an HR background. They appear to provide opportunities for the typically unemployable segment of the society. It helps to raise their self esteem.

Cons

It is a sweat shop to a seasoned professional. Everyone throws around the title of Supervisor, making it difficult to determine who legitimately holds the title and responsibility.They are more focused on driving volume rather than providing actual customer service. They are not especially friendly to mature workers. It's an age discrimination suit waiting to happen. Most of the Reservation Agents know nothing about the game of golf.

Located in the loop, easy to get to on public transportation.

Cons

lacks maintaining professionalism while dealing with former employees. Management doesn't display respect for individuals who have work within the company.
