Their mission which they have no idea how to follow or achieve. Anti-racists does not mean lower the bar and let kids get away with murder! Nor does it mean promote POC even if they are completely unqualified and already proven incompetent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Moreover, thank you for your commitment to EHTP for more than 4 years. You have raised some very crucial points and points we are constantly reflecting on and attempting to improve. We want to always set high expectations for students, teachers and leaders throughout the network; and through shared understandings of restorative justice and anti-racist practices is how we hope to not only get there but excel. Our leaders are often engaging in professional development, external academic and practical training to improve their practices. The environment is welcoming and very nice. The work is also very meaningful and you can see the impact you make on students.

Cons

Often times management is able to cross lines, boundaries, or micromanage. When trying to address the issue, there isn't much of a solution.
