Pros
Flexible hours. My immediate supervisor was overall supportive and reasonable. Some of the people who work there are really fantastic, smart individuals.
Cons
Some of the individuals they have in high ranking leadership positions are not capable and routinely make poor decisions. Others are so overworked that even if they are smart and capable, they lack time to adequately address issues. Some even lie or push blame onto their subordinates. Routine and constant turnover in key departments (IT, HR) cripples the organization. Upper management turns a blind eye to many issues and continues to collect inflated salaries. They make the same mistakes repeatedly, such as taking forever to fill vacant positions, thereby stressing out current staff, or lowballing pay so they dont get and retain quality employees. They could do so much better.
