Poor Leadership - Hostile work environment at times

Great mission, good programs, E-Nini-Hassee,

Cons

Leadership yelled or spoke down to employees creating a hostile work environment. Leadership would walk past you down the hall without acknowledging or saying hello. Communication was poor leaving employees to determine what was happening around them - never a good situation. Leadership would give last min. tasks daily that prohibited employees ability to focus or follow any type of plan for success.

Great mission, values and vision. Employees, for the most part, are extremely hard working and really care about the kids.

Cons

There's a constant shifting of priorities and personnel...very difficult culture for anyone with feelings or who wants a personal life after 5 pm or on weekends.

The concept of what the mission "states" is great

Cons

Company does not have a clear vision, so they change structure, title, department frequently to prepare for something that never is attained because the focus drastically changes every 6 to 8 months, and sometimes daily.
