Pros

A great place to grow in your career, professionals who were are very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. The people I worked with were absolutely amazing and I wish I could take them with me.

Cons

This is not the place to come for someone looking for stability. Upper Management will always place its bottom line before anything else. In my time working here I have literally seen well over a dozen professionals laid off. They would rather cycle through employees than retain them. This is a choice made at the top. They have gone through at least 5 people in my former position between 2014-2018. They would much rather save a dollar, get rid of you and hire someone else than pay a salary. Your best move is to learn what you can and then take it to another company that has the qualities you are seeking. Use THEM as stepping stone in your field and save yourself the false hope of a career at this company. Proceed with caution

Pros

The benefits were very good. The work is interesting and deadlines are fairly flexible. Large companies always have the advantage of having larger budgets for projects as well. There is an abundance of career opportunities and, with some time, the ability to move between them.

Cons

Very slow to implement changes and adapt to the market. This has caused the portfolio to steadily drop each year, resulting in large amounts of layoffs. Moral is at all time lows, important positions are being vacated and leaving for the competition, and those that remain are being overworked, underappreciated, and underpaid. . Promotion to management is based on merit and not managing ability, so retention of new hires and interns is almost zero as a result. The culture is very depressing right now.
