DO NOT WORK HERE. Management is clueless, has no direction and leaves direct reports in the dark. Management lies to protect their image at any cost. Worked myself to death for nothing other than more complaints in a very thankless company

Work life balance and the people are great.

Cons

After the split people put into management roles that 1. have no idea how to manage and 2. have no experience in the departments they are "managing". Upper management turns a blind eye to the problem. They should be recognizing the people that do know what they are doing and rewarding/promoting them. Management shouldn't be based on favoritism or seniority. The Benefits are horrendous they are expensive with an extremely high deductible. The response from the company is they are competitive with other companies in the market.

Thanks for the review. Many of our work/life balance policies go above and beyond that of competing companies, so I'm glad you are enjoying them and the colleagues you work with. I'm sorry that you have had a bad experience with management. My team has rolled out several tools to help ensure that managers remain effective in their roles. We are helping with strategies for colleague coaching and training on competencies that leaders should embody. It is my hope that these tools will help to ensure that Edgewell's managers continue to remain aligned in their approaches and will bring out the best in their teams. If you have concerns about your manager, please reach out to your HR Business Partner to discuss. We received a lot of input on our U.S. benefits and made some improvements for 2017 that stemmed directly from that feedback. We are always reviewing our offerings and will do our best to meet the needs of our diverse colleague base.
