Unfortunately, the job position requires extensive weekend shifts especially during the busy season. However, without these overtime hours the pay wasn't nearly enough to live off of. It did not make for a great work/life balance.

The company is run off of a close-minded methodology where change is shunned. The words "It's always been done this way" follows every archaic decision. Gossip is king here. I ran into upper management gossiping about others (and even myself) on multiple occasions. Key management members often default to assuming that the employee is "up to no good" in every occasion. There doesn't seem to be any reliance that the employee is capable of completing a task or there is an assumption that the employee is doing something that is shady. . . Criticism comes easily and generally isn't constructive. It's very strange.
