Very flexible

Pros

It’s always been a reliable, flexible option for me. I used to teach at Elevate over a year ago and had to quit since I was moving. When I joined again in January I was up and running with classes really quickly. This way of teaching is the future for teachers.

Cons

There are always technical difficulties but at least they have someone to talk to for live tech support

Pros

This past year the company has grown rapidly. With it, my role has grown too, from an SDR to AE. Thank you to the leadership team for having faith in me to make the jump early on in my career.

Cons

Targets are aggressive, which can be a lot to handle early on

Reigniting my passion for teaching

Pros

I had to quit my teaching job at my school. I was done with all the unnecessary workload and rigid systems, where no one even listens to you. At Elevate, I have fixed hours for my classes and I can teach from home. It means a lot that there’s someone to listen to me when I have issues or even if I have feedback on what I’m teaching. They have a live helpdesk in a class. This is what schools are missing right now. SCHOOLS, LISTEN TO YOUR TEACHERS!

Cons

It took a while to go through training because their platform is quite new to me.
