Pros

I teach students in a school for a whole year or a semester. What I love the most are the people here. My academic coach to the customer service staff. I have live access to people to help and support at all times. Elevate K-12 is changing K-12. I love it here. Thank you for the opportunity to work from home during COVID and still do what I love.

Cons

Hours were difficult to come by during the early days of lockdown, but they have improved since then.

Pros

- good work life balance - voice is ALWAYS heard, being a smaller start up company, if there are any issues or concerns they are addressed on the spot - I can call my boss or other colleagues ANYTIME of the day and ask for help or advice - sense of security, community, incredible people to work with - YTD $ potential is incredible - fun, enjoyable, exciting

Cons

I would have to say there are no Cons right now, besides its a fast paced environment (but that's something I enjoy working with a smaller start up). The opportunities are endless

Pros

None, unless you are very passionate about education

Cons

Management and CEO do not care about employees. They place no emphasis on developing people and provide them no tools/training to succeed. They put their sales team in a position of having little to no resources, training, or time to build their book of business and then fire them for "not meeting goals". They don't give you the time it takes to build relationships (which is a necessary part for the sales cycle, especially for new business). They boast being a start-up in the hiring process, but then when you're in the door they say they've been around for years and are a leader in the industry (which one is it??). When people are terminated for no reason management uses the "fast-paced, start-up" culture as to why they can't invest in time for training, when they really just don't care about people. Terminating someone for no reason a month into their employment during a global pandemic is nothing short of evil and it happens here ALL THE TIME.
