      Rough start...but there's hope

      Pros

      Great in theory. Remote. Easy technology setup.

      Cons

      Don't believe them when they say no prep and no grading. No guarantee your classroom coach has ever been in a classroom. With the restrictions placed on instructors be prepared to feel like you can't do enough for your students. No contact outside of class allowed. No one on one help. No access to IEPs and 504s. Paid monthly.one month after work completed. Contract work. High taxes.

      They have a great product, but do not care about their teams selling for them. View people as mechanisms in their machine.

      Cons

      They will let their staff go for fabricated reasons and will create reasons to let go of people. They have zero desire in building strong team members.
