      Great organization with an important and impassioned mission! Very collaborative culture. Hard work is rewarded, lots of upward mobility.

      Office located only in Chicago, IL (no satellite offices as of yet)

      Pros

      The management team did a great job at handling COVID and how we were kept informed along the way. I have felt great about it and feel proud to be in a company that cared so much and that was able to take tough and compassionate decisions. Really liked the bi-weekly “Stay at Home” surveys and weekly CEO huddles. Thanks.

      None so far. Keep it up!

      Pros

      Mission driven company, “feel good” sale - bringing equity to education, incredible colleagues, amazing leadership, clear cut sales process (no guessing), understanding bosses, so much room for growth! I really love this company and my role.

      Cons

      - Start-up atmosphere - have to be okay with fast paced environment with lots of change - because we are small and mighty, every person has a big job and is expected to succeed and QUICKLY - there just isn’t a lot of room to fail - The “cons” are not cons to me - just the reality of holding an important job, in a company doing very important work
