      Pros

      I have worked in other companies where there is a mission but sometimes it’s sort of forced. Here the mission is real. Everyone here bleeds the mission to change how classrooms work and it is in everything that is done here. I am proud to be a part of a true mission.

      Can get stressful at times due to the fast growth.

      Pros

      The employees at Elevate K-12 are so wonderful and supportive. Everyone works together towards a common goal and people are always willing to go out of their way to help others. It is exciting to be a part of a such a fast growing company. You can really feel the passion for education and student success at the root of everything we do. I am blown away everyday by how everyone works together so seamlessly. I could not be happier to have found this company.
