      Leadership listens and proactively seeks suggestions from all employees. Close knit working relationships with your team. Company wide initiatives to get to know other teams.

      Cons

      It's a start up, which isn't necessarily a con, but it comes with the intensity found in start ups. If you love a fast paced environment, this is it.

      - Catered lunch on Weds - Amazing Office Manager who is really funny - Fun environment and located in a hot spot for shopping; walking distance to the lake! - Annual cheesecake from the VP of People

      Cons

      - No 401k match (typical for start ups) - No monthly cheesecakes from the VP of People
