A great way to teach from home

The professional development is HIGH QUALITY and relevant to your actual teaching experience. I love being able to use my skills and teach from the comfort of my home with minimal planning and just get to TEACH! No school politics, just straight up teaching and engaging students in real learning. Promotes great work / life balance

Cons

Some classroom coaches aren't great so classroom management through a computer can be tough. Not being able to see the students faces up close makes it harder to get to know them and make strong connections

Working at Elevate has been a great experience for me. This company is well organized and prepares you well before you go into the live classroom. They also provide paid professional development opportunities. You will also get instant notifications when opportunities come up. The staff is lovely and extremely supportive.

Cons

There are no cons, except I wonder if full-time opportunities would be a consideration at some point.
