Pros

I enjoy the interaction with students and classroom teachers at ElevateK12 school.

Cons

Sometimes, I have an issue about class schedule changes on the portal from ElevateK12 staff (For example: I was not notified by elevateK12 staff about the spring break change schedule and I heard it from the classroom teacher). Then, I brought it up to ElevateK12 staff and the schedule on Portal needs to be change.

Pros

The only pro was realising I deserved better and moving on to a company that values its employees.

Cons

The company abruptly laid off over 100 employees without prior notice. Before releasing our pending salaries, they required us to sign a document that restricted us from discussing the layoff. No severance or bonuses were provided, and the entire process lacked transparency and fairness. Employees were left in a difficult position with no support from the company

We understand that organizational changes are difficult, and that these transitions are challenging for those impacted. While the decision to reduce our workforce was not made lightly, it was a necessary step to ensure the long-term sustainability of the company. We followed standard industry practices and we did provide support to affected employees during this time. Additionally, every employee was compensated fairly for their time worked. Transparency and respect are core values at Elevate K-12, and while we acknowledge that any workforce reduction is tough, we took deliberate steps to provide as much support as possible. We appreciate your time with the company and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
