      Pros

      The management team has really stepped up in recent months to put the company on the path to profitable growth, focus on the highest impact roadmap items, become an innovator in the industry, and collaboratively work together to do what is best for the business.

      Cons

      Sometimes the collaboration can slow down project pace, as too many people get involved in decision making. In general though, this does not inhibit the ability to get stuff done.

      I have been trying to find something to add to the negative side in the Glassdoor cons section, but till date, I haven't been able to find anything. Additionally, no one in my surroundings has come across any cons either.
