      Pros

      Elevate K-12 has been an incredible place to work! The leadership team is highly supportive, and they truly care about both the students and employees. The company offers excellent career development opportunities, and I’ve had the chance to grow professionally in ways I never expected. The work-life balance is amazing, which allows me to thrive both personally and professionally. The culture is positive and collaborative, and everyone is genuinely passionate about making a difference in education.

      Cons

      While the leadership is generally supportive, there could be more structure in the way feedback is provided to employees. Sometimes, performance evaluations feel a bit rushed or vague, and I would appreciate more regular, detailed feedback to help with personal growth.

      ELEVATE K12 fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone’s contributions are truly valued. The company provides clear opportunities for career growth, and I have seen significant development in my skills since joining. The team works collaboratively, and leadership is open to feedback, creating a positive and transparent culture. Work-life balance is excellent, with flexible hours and remote options. The projects are both challenging and rewarding, enabling continuous learning and improvement. Senior Manager HR Deepika Paliwal, Senior HR Harshada Raut, and Senior HR Bijal Kansara are highly professional, making the interview and onboarding process smooth and seamless. They are also quick to address any HR-related concerns, ensuring prompt resolutions. Senior Director of Operations, Mr. Sahir Gujrati, is approachable and treats everyone equally, which helps boost team morale. My manager, Abhishek Moon Srivastava, is always supportive, offering valuable insights and guidance. Team Leader Mr. Vijay Amlesh Jha is dependable, taking the time to offer learning opportunities and providing clear solutions when necessary. Sr. Manager Accounting & Finance, Mr. Pravin Bhagat, Assistant Manager Accounting & Finance, Mr. Anil Awari, and Sr. Accounting Associate Finance, Mr. Omkar Shinde, are always helpful. They respond to emails promptly and efficiently manage payslips or any account-related concerns.
