      Pros

      what I do here is so innovative and I love that we are changing how classrooms work and will work in the future. Very open and collaborative work culture. Leadership is incredible. We move from idea to execution fast. "Hustle non-stop" is the motto here.

      Cons

      Hustling is a skill needed to be successful here. Is you are looking for just a job this is not your place. Work here is a mission. So far I love it.

      Flexible schedule, great opportunity to pursue your interests and your ideas/ inputs are always considered

      Cons

      Work/life balance can be improved, but understandable as the company is growing rapidly in a very fast paced environment

      All mission, little start up fun

      Pros

      The company is on a mission to change how K-12 classrooms run. The product and solution and the need it meets for students in classrooms is stellar. Everyone here works very hard for that mission. People are very collaborative. Good culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes working hours are very long. Can be short staffed at times. Company expects a lot from the employees.
