We are sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience with Elevate K-12. As a mission-focused company that is growing fast, we often build process as we scale due to our obsession with customer value. Since that customer value is focused on impacting K-12 students so they can have strong educational outcomes we feel speed is paramount. The faster we move the more children we can help. We are not perfect but we aim to build value. Since passing from the startup to the high-growth phase some aspects of our organizational growth may not appeal to those looking to be part of a small organization. As a whole, we are extremely excited about now being in a high-growth phase because it demonstrates the success we have had to this point. Our team is globally based due to the global nature of our work and most employees find it rewarding to work across national borders. We understand that this environment may not be suitable for all. As an open organization, we always welcome feedback. It helps us grow. We value the opinion of all currently in the organization as well as those that were once with us.
