      The program works and students show improvement at uts conclusion

      Cons

      No benefits, not enough hours during the schools year and no hours during the summer. This is a job for someone who is simply looking for some extra spending money. This is not for someone trying to make a living or support a family. There is no opportunity for advancement. Whatever position you are hired for....get used to it because you aren't going anywhere. People will be hired from the outside while you stay stationary.

      Thanks for your feedback! Our school manager positions are part time day opportunities. Unfortunately, this is not a full time position, and works best for those that need secondary income and flexibility in schedule. The nature of our school schedule sometimes doesnt allow for us to offer more hours. However, as we grow to impact more at-risk students in schools we hope to be able to continue to offer more hours and structure to all our roles. We value all our Elevate K-12 team members and it is our endavor to continue to create more opportunities as we continue to do whats best for the students and our team members.       Great Virtual Environment with a Team Spirit & Focus on Student Success!

      Pros

      As an instructor, I really appreciate the lessons that are provided. The time/days allotted for me to work with each group of students are very reasonable, helping me to stay energized. Also, I like the team environment which reminds me so much of my work experience two decades ago. I have never felt like I was alone thanks to the support from staff on all levels. I can really sense the passion that each team member or staff has for what he or she does. Also, the students are really interested in learning with very few presenting conduct challenges. Witnessing students improve their academic skills as well as their expressed appreciation for the online learning experience makes my work so rewarding!

      Cons

      Because this is an educational program, most work is available during the academic year. Therefore, anyone who wants income during the summer will have to have a personal financial plan to sustain himself or herself during the slow summer season.
