      Work from home Once classes are scheduled, it is great

      Cons

      Need to wait for scheduled classes, only paid when you have set classes...only for each class

      Horrible communication department wide, wasn't given the hours promised, pay was decreased, promises made to schools that the company couldn't keep, no planning when new schools came onboard, poor execution of start up

      Pros

      Flexible schedules and telecommuting make this company a good fit for anyone. They provide the curriculum and time to prepare for your classes. Classes are small and allow you to help individual students when needed. The curriculum can be added to if needed. APMs are helpful and motivating allowing you to do your best and get better.

      Cons

      You have to be prepared for schedule changes when necessary because they are short notice.
