      Pros

      Elevate K12 is a great way to facilitate learning. As a tutor, You can work from anywhere with an Internet connection, so commute is not necessary. The managers are very helpful & friendly -great to work with!

      Pros

      - you work from the comfort of your own home - work ends when the school day ends and the hours are very reasonable - very nice and supportive colleagues and managers - the hourly pay and effort you make are very reasonable and proportional - you are recognized for the work you do, and you can get more hours as long as you make yourself available

      Cons

      - there are not many summer programs, so you may not get summer hours

      Students love the concept of small group learning

      Cons

      - Poor management operation - lack of communication - poor accounting and payroll process - needs to process tax documents in a timely manner - operation is in a foreign country not out of IL
