Pros

Remote work from home job.

Cons

Company leadership is disconnected from what it actually takes to run the operation. When voices speak up to resolve very preventable fundamental issues it either takes too long to implement any real change, or leadership doesn’t take it seriously. The company leans on toxic positivity and would rather say everything is fine and everyone is happy than to actually work on making anything better.

We’re glad you recognize the flexibility that our remote work opportunities provide, which is one of the key benefits we strive to offer at Elevate K-12. Decisions and changes often require careful consideration to ensure they align with company goals and operational needs. While it may take time to implement certain changes, this is done with the intent of making thoughtful, sustainable improvements rather than reacting prematurely. We aim to foster a positive and encouraging workplace culture while balancing the need to address challenges head-on. Maintaining optimism is part of creating a motivating environment, but it does not mean we dismiss issues brought to our attention. Elevate K-12 strongly values employee input and we remain committed to continuous growth.

Pros

The CSM team and direct supervisors were amazing. The job was fully remote and offered good benefits.

Cons

Leadership was a mess, there was constant turnover, lay offs, and never any stability. There was no focus on what was best for the customer but rather just focused on what looked best for the CEO, VPs etc. It was extremely reactive and decisions felt like they were made with little foresight.

Our Customer Success team is amazing – we’re glad you agree! We’re happy to hear that you appreciated the remote nature of the role and the benefits offered. Regarding your concerns about leadership and stability, we want to emphasize that, as a company in a rapidly evolving industry, adaptability is essential. While transitions and changes can sometimes feel disruptive, they are often necessary to position Elevate K-12 for long-term success. Decisions are made with the company's and our customers' best interests in mind, even if the results aren’t immediately apparent.
