      Flexible hours, good pay, I have great experiences with admin there. They treat me like a professional and are supportive

      Cons

      Sometimes communication between the on-site school and Elevate are difficult. I also wish there was more opportunity for advancement within the company. No benefits

      As a small startup, you get the opportunity to wear several hats and learn many aspects of the business. You also get to see your tangible impact to the mission.

      Cons

      If you like mundane work or do not want visibility, you will not like Elevate K-12.
