Pros

Work life balance was good. They make you comfortable while you’re there and lead you to believe you will move up within the company

Cons

The company is, at its core, very unstable. They do their best to ensure a sense of stability and job security, using words like “family”. This is all nice on the surface, but when the foundations for a solid company are not there, it means nothing. The pay is bad, they constantly promise promotions which never come, and you will be stuck in the same role with no growth for years until they cut you off without any warning, PIP, etc. The outlook for the company is very bleak. Wish them nothing but the best, but I would never recommend working here.
