Pros

`I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at Elevate K12, and I must say it was one of the worst professional experiences of my career. Here are a few reasons why I would never recommend this company to anyone: Toxic Work Environment: The office culture at Elevate K12 is toxic and unhealthy. There is constant backstabbing, gossiping, and favoritism among employees. It creates a stressful and demotivating atmosphere. Poor Management: The management at Elevate K12 is incompetent and disconnected from the needs of their employees. They micromanage, make arbitrary decisions without consulting the team, and lack effective communication skills. Lack of Growth Opportunities: Despite promises of career growth and development, there are very limited opportunities for advancement at Elevate k12. The promotion process is unclear, and employees are not given the support or resources they need to progress in their careers. At Elevate K12, employees are expected to work long hours, specifically 15 hours daily, and are also required to work on weekends.

Cons

Long working hours of 15+ hours daily, leading to a lack of work-life balance. Requirement to work on weekends, disrupting personal time and leisure activities. Toxic work environment characterized by backstabbing, gossiping, and favoritism among employees. Incompetent management that is disconnected from the needs of employees, leading to micromanagement,
