Pros

As a tenured employee, I have witnessed this company learn from failures and continue to try and improve. Being start up company can have its ups and downs so being agile, flexible and patient is key. The culture is key at Elevate. There are several of amazing people that support the success of each other.

Cons

There are times the Leadership team is not clear on a vision and poorly communicates a deliverable which leads to wasted time and effort of employees because the work is not used which could have been more productive time for other projects.
