- Legacy tech and the processes aren't streamlined.

Maybe I would say timing may be con for few of you people, since the business is in USA, you to need work in late hours

Pros

The pros were dismantled. It used to be only one day in office (it is now 3). There used to be good people (they were all laid off or arbitrarily let go). They still do drinking outings though, so I guess there’s that.

Cons

Bad product, bad management, poor business decisions, cop-outs, managers that write fake reviews instead of fixing issues, HR that only protects the company, fake DEI missions, horrendous CEO.
