      Unstable Environment

      Pros

      Making a difference in students' lives. Enjoyable co-workers excluding management.

      Cons

      Poor leadership with unstable environment. CEO was all over the place and unpredictable with her priorities and emotions. Lead from a place of fear, regularly overpowering those below her and gossiping to others about her dismay with certain employees. Benefits were not great for tech and trouble with finances where people were asked to miss paychecks on occasion.

      It has it's value, but is not worth the low pay and unpaid work

      -You get to work with kids who really do need intervention and to boost their confidence -flexible work

      Cons

      -The pay is low and you are required to do unpaid work, which may not be too much per class period, but it adds up to a lot of unpaid work -I am using this job to add some extra hours on top of another part-time position, but if I were relying more heavily on it, I couldn't afford to stay

      -I met some great coworkers (Which we bonded over misery)

      Cons

      -Management has almost no previous experience running a company -Asked to sell something you cannot provide (Example: Experienced teachers) -Company only has 1 product you can sell -No idea how territory management sales work -Very Very HIGH TURNOVER (From high executives to entry level positions) -Only pays once a month and sometimes have to change the dates due to low funds in the companies bank account

We provide training to each SDR that we hire to assure that they feel prepared in going out in representing our company and product. We thank you for expressing your opinion.
