Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate you recognizing the learning culture at Elevate — it's something we invest in consciously. We're proud that Elevate is a place where people grow, but we know growth means little if people don't feel psychologically safe or confident in their place here. 'Toxic environment' and 'job security' are not words we want associated with Elevate, and hearing them is a prompt for us to look inward as we actively review how we communicate with, support, and retain our people. We genuinely want to understand what's driving this experience. May we please request you to reach out directly to our APAC People Head, Yogesh Bendre (yogesh.bendre@elevate.law)? Your feedback could help us make meaningful improvements for everyone. We appreciate your honesty and your continued commitment to Elevate.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, even after leaving Elevate. We're glad the exposure to diverse commercial contracts added value to your professional journey. We hear the concerns around salary increments, workload, and growth opportunities, and we recognize these are not minor issues. We also hear the direct callout of our Great Place to Work rating — and rather than defend it, we'd say: certifications are a starting point, not a finish line. We know there is always more work to do. We’re regularly reviewing compensation structures, career progression pathways, and team culture across Elevate as part of our broader people strategy. Your feedback, and others like it, are directly shaping those conversations. If you're open to sharing more, we'd welcome a chat with our APAC People Head, Yogesh Bendre (yogesh.bendre@elevate.law).

Pros

They provide Work from home facility

Cons

Management is bad. Managers lack process knowledge, we all know who they are. Had mentioned names but their overinflated egos couldn't take the feedback and hence removed it. They not only lack process knowledge but also don't know the basic of managing a team. Salary is low. Job security is lacking. Basic respect is not given to employees and we are treated as disposables. Overall a bad experience. I have worked in many companies over the years and this was the worst experience.
