Pros

I have a great manager and work with colleagues who are motivated to make this phase of this private company all it can be. There is so much opportunity and I feel like my contributions are really valued which is very rewarding.

Cons

Need to keep you work/life balance muscles in shape. It's easy to want to work long hours to get things done.
