Pros

CEO is a model human being. He is very approachable, astute, focused, demanding, yet reasonable, and not afraid to show he is human. Touch screen industry should be around for some time to come. Company is well funded and well liked by investors. Has the technology but needs to be careful about retaining key staff.

Cons

Located in the most expensive area in Silicon Valley. Traffic congestion is horrible. Transitioning of leadership is taking too long and staff are loosing focus.

Pros

Good work/life balance. Very flexible w/ work hours.

Cons

Have lots of veterans who have been w/ the company for 10-15 yrs. Those folks have some experience, but they are lacking motivations and hesitate for changes. It's very difficult to work w/ those folks, and difficult to grow here since you're ending up working w/ lots of people who are considering it's their 9-5 jobs. Not sure how's the environment is different after their spins-off from Tyco (TE).
